Eduardo Cort\u00e9s Navarro, comenz\u00f3 la inauguraci\u00f3n con la participaci\u00f3n del Dr. Jos\u00e9 Luis Isidor Castro, Presidente Ejecutivo de la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Centros de Ense\u00f1anza Superior en Turismo y Gastronom\u00eda (AMESTUR) seguido de un mensaje especial por parte del Mtro.
